At 7:57 PM, media concepts said...: Thank you! But not so fast, Barbara. Maryland has a Republican governor. My congressional district (the 8th), which borders DC, had a Republican congresswoman for many years, until recently. Maryland also has many small towns and rural areas where there are plenty of pickup truck-driving, gun-toting, religious conservatives, many of whom I'm sure are politically conservative as well.
